Day 1: Transfer from Kampala/Entebbe to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
- After breakfast, meet your driver-guide and begin your journey to southwestern Uganda.
- Drive through the scenic Ankole countryside, with rolling hills, tea plantations, and banana groves.
- Stop at the Uganda Equator for photos and refreshments.
- Lunch en route in Mbarara town before proceeding to Bwindi.
- Arrive in the evening, check in at your lodge, and relax as you prepare for the gorilla trekking adventure.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Forest
- After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing by Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers.
- Begin your gorilla trekking experience in the misty forest—an adventure that can last between 2–6 hours depending on the movement of the gorilla family.
- Once found, you’ll spend one unforgettable hour observing and photographing the gorillas in their natural habitat.
- Return to your lodge for lunch and relaxation.
- Optional evening cultural experience with the Batwa community to learn about their forest traditions.
