Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe – Transfer to Kampala

  • Arrive at Entebbe International Airport, where you will be welcomed by our safari driver-guide.
  • Transfer to Kampala for an overnight stay and safari briefing.
  • If time permits, enjoy a short city tour of Kampala.

Day 2: Kampala – Queen Elizabeth National Park

  • After breakfast, set off for Queen Elizabeth National Park through the scenic western Uganda countryside.
  • Stop at the Uganda Equator for photos and refreshments.
  • Have lunch in Mbarara, then continue to the park.
  • Arrive in the evening and enjoy a short evening game drive as you head to your lodge.

Day 3: Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise – Queen Elizabeth NP

  • In the afternoon, take a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, famous for its high concentration of hippos, crocodiles, and water birds.

Day 4: Ishasha Tree-Climbing Lions – Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

Day 5: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi – Return to Kampala/Entebbe

  • Return to the lodge for lunch before beginning your journey back to Kampala/Entebbe for your evening flight.
